Getting in
Every community decides who it admits. Some take applications; some admit anyone on their member list on the spot. Either way, admission is the vetting — once you're in, you're a full member.
Making an introduction
Find a home, ask the host for an introduction, and when you both agree the platform shares your contact details. From there the stay — dates, price, keys — is arranged directly between the two of you.
Dues and payment
Your community sets its dues and the price of admission. You manage them from your account. Refunds follow your community's stated terms.
Your account and your data
Update your profile any time from your account. To access or delete your data, write to us and we'll act on it. What we collect and who can see it is laid out in the Privacy page.
